Project plans that update themselves.
When a card finishes early, the timeline pulls forward. When something runs late, the projection shifts and your client sees why — automatically. No more drag-and-drop reschedules. No more "any update?" emails.

The end of the weekly status email.
Clients see the live plan. Estimates calibrate from real history. Calendars feed the schedule. The plan updates itself, every time something moves.

Cascade revert
Every Tide replan is logged. If the auto-cascade got it wrong, one button puts everything back where it was.
Move one task. The rest follow on their own.
Finish work early? We pull everything else forward. Run late? We show you exactly what's pushed back. No dragging dates around. No spreadsheets. The plan looks after itself.
- — LINESConnected tasks stay connected.
Link tasks that depend on each other. When one moves, the rest follow. You only have to set this up once.
- — ANCHORSPin dates that can't move.
Got a launch date or a client demo locked in? Mark it as an Anchor. We'll plan around it and never push past it.
- — ADRIFTStuck work shouts.
If a task can't finish in time, we tell you straight away. Not at the next stand-up. Not after the deadline.
Honest times tell you how long,
honestly.
Every time guess is a range — not one perfect number. You see how fast your team finishes work like this, how slow, and the time it usually takes.
Brand new project? The range will be wide. We'll flag it as a rough guess until you've finished a few tasks.
Drop in your task list.
Get a plan back.
Narcove looks at your tasks, how fast your team usually works, and any dates you've locked. It builds a plan that fits your week. You can change anything before saying yes.

Clients send work in.
You decide what gets done.
Every project gets its own public link. Clients use it to send bugs and ideas — no sign-up, no account, no extra fee for them. You see every request in one place and decide what makes the cut: In scope for the retainer, or Billable for extra work. The badge shows up on the public board too, so there's no surprise on the invoice.

Things teams ask
before they cast off.
If your question isn't here, write to hello@narcove.app. We answer same-working-day.
What if my team hasn't connected any tasks?+–
We only move tasks you've linked. If two tasks are in the same plan but not linked, we leave them alone. If we spot a clash — like two people fighting for the same hour — we'll warn you, but we won't move things on our own.
How can you give an honest time on a brand new project?+–
We start with a wide range based on similar work elsewhere, and we mark it as a rough guess. Once you've finished about 30 tasks of your own, the times tighten up to match your team's real speed.
Can clients reply without signing up?+–
Yes. They reply straight from their email. The reply lands on the right task. They never see a sign-up page. They never count as a paid user.
Will the public link be on our domain?+–
On Pro, the link sits on ours: narcove.com/your-team. On Team, you can put it on your own domain with your logo and email-from address.
What about bank holidays and weekends?+–
UK bank holidays are skipped by default. Working hours start at 9am and end at 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You can change those for your team.
Can we move our work over from Linear, Asana, Trello, or Jira?+–
Yes. Drop in a CSV from any of them. Linear and Trello have a one-click move. Your task links and labels come along for the ride.
Stop fixing your plan by hand.
A public link for your clients. Honest time guesses. A plan that updates itself. Free on your first project, forever.
