Who we are

OYNK Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Narcove, is the data controller for personal information collected through narcove.com, app.narcove.com, and any associated services. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15844748, with our registered office at iCon Centre, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 0QB. Our VAT number is GB 473 3469 70.

What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, workspace and role.
  • Project content — cards, comments, files, AI prompts you submit.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store the customer ID and last-4 of the card only.
  • Telemetry — server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for security and uptime, retained 30 days.
  • Analytics (with consent) — Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP; only loaded after you accept the cookie banner.

How we use it

  • To provide the product (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — performance of contract).
  • To prevent abuse and secure the service (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests).
  • To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns (Article 6(1)(a) — consent, via the cookie banner).

What we do not do

  • Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
  • Use your project content to train external AI models.
  • Show third-party advertising on narcove.com.
  • Add tracking pixels for ad networks.

Where it lives

Customer data is hosted on Supabase (eu-west-2, London). Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days. Server-side logs in EU. Stripe processes payments under their own DPA.

Sub-processors

  • Supabase — hosted Postgres + storage (eu-west-2).
  • Anthropic — AI inference for Soundings and Plan-with-AI; prompts and outputs are not retained beyond the request.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Google (with consent) — analytics.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, restrict processing, or object to it. Email privacy@narcove.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
