Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and OYNK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15844748, with registered office at iCon Centre, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 0QB, trading as Narcove ("we", "us", "Narcove"). VAT number GB 473 3469 70.

By creating an account on narcove.com or app.narcove.com you agree to these terms. If you're using Narcove for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier is exactly what it says: free, with no expiry. Paid plans renew monthly or annually depending on your selection. Billing is via Stripe. Your subscription starts when you provide a payment method.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from billing settings. You keep access through the end of your billing period. Pro-rata refunds for material outages exceeding our SLA, on request.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use narcove to host malware, spam, or content unlawful in the UK.
• Don't reverse engineer the platform.
• Don't resell narcove access without a partner agreement.
• Don't scrape the AI features at a rate that affects other customers.

5. Your data

You own your project content. We hold it on your behalf to provide the service. See the privacy notice for processing detail. You can export your data at any time.

6. Uptime

Pro and Team include a 99.5% monthly uptime target. Status at status.narcove.com. If we miss target, contact billing for a service credit.

7. AI outputs

AI suggestions (estimates, plans) are best-effort. They are not professional advice and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you've paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
